Hello All, Just getting our feet wet with FC... Attached is a simple .xls spreadsheet for trigging out the tip depth for countersink or chamfering hole/counterbore with spot tool. The tip depth is an override you can enter in the misc tab for the countersink tool. If you don't do this, an extra toolchange may happen.
FC has logged issue as intsupport#39683 FC: Allow chamfer-with-spot tool on countersunk/bored holes.
Until that issue is fixed, however, this workaround might help some folks out there.

Hey and Howdy Ben,
I do have a similar spreadsheet that does this also.
But it's these small tools we collect that help us in our job.
Welcome to FeatureCAM.
and Thanks for Sharing.
Have a Great WEEK

Updated attached worksheet adds a horizontal chamfer calculation making it easier to enter this information in FC.

The Tip#10 is refering to a 'Spot Drill tool' not a chamfer tool, because to my knowledge one can't drill with a chamfer tool.
I have used this trick and it works very good as I allways create a chamfer for tapping holes larger than the tap OD. I use a 90 degree spot drill for the job. This eliminates the need to chamfer the hole.
